Executive Summary

Capstream Technologies is a new Limited Liability Corporation formed as a relationship based business to focus primarily on Education, Business and Healthcare contacts.

Capstream Technologies consists of two equal partners.  Cumulatively, the partners have more than 60 years of technological experience and successful business ownership experience.

The Company’s annual gross sales based on a conservative first year estimate are projected to grow over the first five years at an annual rate of 60%, (see attached, Articles of Incorporation).

The Company has its address in previously owned premises at 16 Main Street, Salamanca, NY  14779.  Its activities fall under the Standard Industrial Classification SIC (?) and (?). The owners are Kevin McWhite and Joseph Caruso.

CAPSTREAM TECHNOLOGIES is involved in sales and support of the following business products and activities:

Videoconferencing
Video Streaming
Video Capture
Multimedia Audio Visual Integration
Service and Maintenance Contracts

Eighty to ninety percent of the Gross Sales are in project engineering and direct product sales.

Business trends favor these technologies through reduced travel and green movement initiatives.  These technologies are also added revenue channels in support of Audio Visual products already sold and serviced by the existing Sound Track of North America Technologies, Inc., of which Joseph Caruso and Michael Krysick were principals.

The company's Short Term Objectives (within the next three years) are to establish and increase activity in all disciplines.  Its Long term objectives are: to expand its workforce and product line to become one of if not the largest provider in the New York, Pennsylvania and Ohio regions.
